Device set up is available as an add-on for all defibrillators we supply. This includes routine pad and battery expiry reminders so your defib is never left out of action, assistance setting up your defibrillator so it’s rescue ready straight away, and a demo of how the device works to help you become familiar with your new purchase.
Unfortunately we’re not able to send a team member to set your defib up in person, but we can schedule a video or voice call to answer all your questions, including advising on the best location for your defibrillator and tips on how to take care of your device, ensuring it is kept in the best condition for years to come.
