The most important component for any defibrillator is the battery. Without power the AED is unable to provide lifesaving treatment, or carry out essential daily diagnostic tests to ensure the device is running correctly.
Having a spare FR2 battery available for your Philips FR2 defibrillator is highly recommended, especially when you know you’re existing battery is close to expiry, or the defibrillator has been used recently to provide treatment.

How to use
After easily inserting the defibrillator via a simple click and connect system, the replacement battery provides the Philips FR2 defibrillator with enough standby power for 5 years, if it remains unused.
Whilst the defibrillator lies dormant from day to day, the unit will carry out essential daily maintenance tests to ensure that every component from the sub systems to the electrode pads are rescue ready and working at all times.
