Deafgard – Bedside Fire Alarm Monitor for the Deaf & Hearing Impaired
The Deafgard – Bedside Fire Alarm Monitor for the Deaf & Hearing Impaired is a portable, wire-free solution ‘hearing’ an acoustic fire alarm sound and converting it into signals from a vibration pillow pad and a powerful strobe light. The Deafgard is triggered by the sound of standard fire or security alarms with 60-90dB (The standard level of a fire alarm is 85dB).
