Shipping and Delivery Information

We have a number of different delivery options available. The products you purchase, and your location may determine the delivery options available to you.

You will receive an email* as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Standard Delivery

**Due to Covid we are currently experiencing some delays with our suppliers. We apologise for any inconvenience, and we are working hard to get all orders dispatched and shipped as quickly as we possibly can**

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, with delivery in up to 3-5 working days. If you have any further questions or queries regarding your order, please get in touch with us.

Orders are fulfilled by DPD, Royal Mail or UPS.

Please note we are only able to ship to UK addresses.

Extended Area Postcode Shipping

We may be able to offer shipping to extended area postcodes. This will incur a delivery surcharge on all products. To find out if your address is listed as an extended area postcode, please contact us before placing your order on 0330 223 6336 for further information.

Channel Island Shipping

We may able to ship goods to the Channel Islands under a standard delivery method, available at a surcharge. Please contact us for more information on this by calling our team on 0330 223 6336.
