Rental questions

What happens if the defib is used?

Tell us and we'll send replacement pads free of charge, next day. There's no cost and no effect on your rental.

Is the deposit really refundable?

Yes · the full £150 is returned when the device comes back in working order at the end of your rental.

What happens when my term ends?

Renew at the same rate, return the device with a prepaid label, or talk to us · many renters choose to keep their device, and we'll offer you options including purchase when you decide to stop renting.

Who maintains the device?

We do. Pad and battery expiry is tracked on our side and replacements are sent before they're needed.
