How can I pay for my order?
When placing an order on our website, you can pay for your order using a debit/credit card at the checkout using our chosen payment processing platform, STRIPE. Alternatively if you need to pay by bank transfer/cheque you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where a friendly member of staff will then email you an invoice for you to download and make your payment, all our details are on the bottom of the invoice. Please use your order number as the payment reference so that we can match your payment up quickly.
Or you can call us on 0330 223 6336 to order over the phone and make your payment by card. You will automatically receive a digital receipt from Worldpay via the email address given to confirm payment has been received.
Please note if you choose to pay via bank transfer your order is automatically placed on hold and will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. We cannot guarantee items will still be available if payment is not made promptly as stock is allocated on a payment received basis. We cannot reserve stock due to the high demand of Defibrillators and accessories.
Can I pay by Purchase Order (PO)?
We accept official PO’s from Emergency Services, councils, businesses and schools. Please email your official PO to email@example.com. Your order will be processed and dispatched but we kindly ask for prompt payment after 14 days from the date of invoice and after you have received the goods.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All orders placed on our website are subject to VAT which is added automatically at the checkout. If you would like to place order from a Charity you may be able to claim VAT Exemption but you will need to check if you are eligible and download the relevant VAT Exemption Certificate from the Government website. If you are eligible, you will need to email your VAT Exemption Certificate to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can manually create an order for you. Your order will be placed on hold until payment has been confirmed.
Can I pre-order items out of stock?
All customers can proceed to checkout to purchase out of stock items and they will be automatically placed on a back order. As soon as the product becomes available it will be shipped to you on either a Parcel Force Express 48 or Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible, as we understand the urgency of you receiving these items. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery due to manufacturing and shipping delays still present in the defibrillator market.

What finance options are available?
We offer a PayPal credit option at checkout, allowing you to split the price into more manageable monthly payments. We now also provide KLARNA as an option when checking out with STRIPE.
