SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY
All of our in stock, non drop shipped items are dispatched via DPD on a next-day delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day, subject to availability.
Please allow up to 3–5 working days for delivery.

Training devices, training equipment and cabinets are shipped with DPD on a next day delivery service – £10.99
Defibrillator consumables and first aid accessories are fulfilled by DPD on a next day delivery service – £4.99
We provide FREE delivery on all defibrillators and packages.
EXTENDED AREA POSTCODE SHIPPING
We may be able to offer shipping to extended area postcodes. This will icur a delivery surcharge on all products. To find out if your address is listed as an extended area postcode, please contact us before placing your order on 0330 223 6336 for further information.
CHANNEL ISLAND SHIPPING
We may be able to ship goods to the Channel Islands under a standard delivery method, available at a surcharge. Please contact us for more information on this by calling our team on 0330 223 6336.
